Côte Saint Roche, La Redoute, Côte de Wanne or the Col du Rosier...these are just a few of the steep climbs that have just as much of a myth as Alpe d`Huez and that attract thousands of fans to the course every year to see their idols live.
After your arrival on Friday at noon, you will set off from the team hotel in Spa on a scenic roll-in lap, where you can fully enjoy the Belgian flair. Of course, a coffee stop with original Belgian rice patties should not be missed.
The first highlight of the Ardennes weekend is the "Liege-Bastogne-Liege Challenge" taking place on Saturday, where you can choose up to three different distances on the original course. The team of 3RIDES will take you to the start in the morning, which is located near the dreaded La Redoute.
On Sunday, the whole day will be dedicated to "La Doyenne", the oldest cycling classic and one of the 5 monuments of the international cycling calendar. After breakfast, the escort vehicles will take you to Liège, where you will witness the start live. Afterwards, we will go out on the track. Live pictures from Belgian television and delicious Belgian delicacies are obligatory in the fan zone.
